Marcus Fernandez
Marcus Fernandez, a dedicated Tampa trial lawyer, began his legal journey after earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in 2004. He interned for the Honorable Chris W. Altenbernd and the State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District before joining Kinney, Fernandez & Boire, P.A. in 2008. With extensive experience in personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death cases, Mr. Fernandez is committed to securing justice for his clients.
Beyond his legal work, Marcus is deeply involved in the Tampa Bay community, serving on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida and chairing events like the Wishmakers’ Ball. In 2019, he was honored as a Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero.

Mr. Fernandez launched his law career with smaller Tampa practices before forming his present practice in 1987, a company that consisted of only himself and two legal assistants. In the years that followed, the firm of KFB Law evolved into a thriving practice with a total staff of 18, and additional office locations were created in Plant City, St. Petersburg and New Port Richey.
